Workout with DVD's
These are my workout DVD's that I'm using for the next 13 weeks. I might add in another one or two later on. I will be using a stationary bike, reg bike or walking to add some variety.
Jillian Michaels Body Revolution
Jillian's 90 program. I restarted this. This is so far my Favorite workout set of DVD's. It leaves me sore for days. I really need to stick with the program so... Starting over Monday (5/20/13). I'm hoping that I have just enough motivation to stick it out the full 90 days. I would love to see what results I can get with it.
Leslie Sansone's Walk away the pounds
This is a 1,2 or 3 mile DVD. Its good on days that i'm feeling lazy and just want to say that I've worked out. I thought it would be good to add in on days that that I eat to much that I shouldn't or cardio days.
Leslie Sansone's Walk Slim 5 really big miles
This one surprised me on how sore my hips were after doing it. Even Cassie said hers were. I'm going to do this if I have days that I just can't do my Jillian Michaels ones. I think I still get a good workout in but its less strenuous for my body.
The following DVD's are in storage so I am unable to use them until we move into our own place. But I highly suggest using them
Jillian Michaels 30 day shred
I LOVE this DVD. It however leaves me very sore so I haven't finished the full 30 days. This is another one that I would LOVE to see the results if only I stuck it out for the full 30.
Jillian Michaels' 6 week Six pack and Yoga meltdown
I've only done the 6 week 6 pack and didn't really care for it. I will try it after I complete the 90 days one.
Jillian Michaels Kickbox fast fix
This is my newest one and haven't tried it yet, but will soon
