I'm feeling a little accomplished today. I have just completed my first week of JMBR. Woohoo!! Tomorrow is my rest day and after working 2 overnights I'd say its needed. Monday I'll start over with workout 1. I'm also going to use this week as my jump start week which means adding cardio daily.
Also this week I will be checking on apps for housing, starting Cassie on her state report and taking care of a few other things as well as working. Busy busy
