I'm attempting to plan out my meals and have them prepared ahead of time. So here is my menu for tomorrow..
Breakfast:
Jamba Juice copycat oatmeal w/out brown sugar or soymilk 175 calories
3 Cuties 120 calories
Lunch:
Veg soup 280 calories
5 crackers 80 calories
Dinner:
Garden Pizza 245 calories
Side salad (not counting calories in bagged salad)
FF Ranch dressing 48 calories
Dessert:
Roasted Pear 81 calories
greek yogurt w/granola 110 calories
Grand total= 1139 (yes I know that its under 1200, but i'm not counting calories in veggies)
Watch sodium in veg soup. That can be just as bad as the calories.
ReplyDeleteit has 450 per serving. So not as bad as most.
ReplyDeleteJust be careful - you really only want to have 1500 mg per day - and 450 may not be too bad but paired with 190 mg in your crackers (assuming you are eating low-sodium crackers)is on the higher side for one meal. And, that is for only one serving. Most cans contain two servings.
